WIN Vision & Mission

To reduce the general aviation accident rate through participation in the FAA Safety Team WINGS Pilot Proficiency Program

To network aviation industry members and the FAA Safety Team to enhance aviation safety through pilot and aviation maintenance technician proficiency

Passion For Safety

The WINGS Industry Network (WIN) was founded in November 2020 by four dedicated aviation safety professionals.

Each of the founding individuals’ passion for general aviation safety shows by the many volunteer hours they spent and continue to spend dedicated to reducing the fatal accident rate via promotion of proficiency training as a top priority.

WIN intends to build higher level awareness of the core missions industry members provide to aviators to promote GA safety.

 Why FAA WINGS Matters

Hear From Those That Believe In The Program

Sully Sullenberger

"This is Capt. Sully Sullenberger and I applaud the FAASTeam and its many supporters for encouraging general aviation pilots to seek proficiency training in their flying endeavors through this comprehensive program. Unlike Jeff and myself, your passengers are generally your family and friends, giving you an additional incentive to assure your piloting skills make their flights safe. Earning a WINGS PHASE Means Proficiency and Peace of Mind while making you a more informed and safer pilot."

Kuan Tung Chen

"The most amazing part of Aviation is the family we have, it's such a blessing that we have many great people teaching and sharing all their valuable knowledge to improve the safety of Aviation. Even better, you get a chance to do sweepstakes after finishing each level.  Shout out to all the aviation pioneers, thank you for making the aviation community better and better! Now I'm an instructor and I'm going to tell all my students this program is a must!"

Uli Schildt

"Not having flown for 40 years, the WINGS Program helped me to get back into aviation by providing invaluable information. The content of the various on-line seminars and also the live presentations at 2019 Oshkosh, as well as the local Bremerton WA IMC club has just been amazing."
